Confirming the Enrolment Status of a SWAPNA'Z Programme Candidate 

SWAPNA'Z maintains a complete and accurate student enrolment registry. Verification of student status is available to authorised parties through the formal channel below. 

The SWAPNA'Z Student Verification service enables authorised third parties to confirm the enrolment status of an individual who claims to be, or to have been, a candidate in a SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences programme. This service is available to employers, clinical practice partners, professional bodies, and other legitimate institutional or professional requestors who have a reasonable need to verify enrolment status in the context of a professional or regulatory decision.

Verification confirms whether the named individual is, or was, enrolled in a SWAPNA'Z programme during a specified period, and at what programme level that enrolment occurred. Verification does not disclose assessment outcomes, certification status, attendance records, or any personal information beyond the enrolment confirmation — these matters are governed by separate verification services and institutional privacy provisions.

To submit a student verification request, please provide the full name of the individual as per their SWAPNA'Z enrolment, their SWAPNA'Z student reference number if known, the programme name and approximate enrolment period, and the name and contact details of the requesting organisation or individual. All verification requests are processed within 5 working days and responded to through the official SWAPNA'Z institutional contact channel.
