The SWAPNA'Z pre-admission consultation is a structured, one-on-one interaction between the prospective candidate and an institutional representative — conducted with the purpose of understanding your professional background, your clinical or practice goals, and your readiness for the programme you are considering.

This consultation serves two equally important functions. For the institution, it ensures that every candidate entering a SWAPNA'Z programme meets the professional and attitudinal criteria that programme demands. For the candidate, it provides an honest, detailed understanding of what the programme entails — the commitment, the structure, the assessment requirements, and the outcomes it delivers — so that the decision to enrol is made with complete clarity.

Consultations are conducted virtually or in person, subject to scheduling and location. They typically run between 20 and 30 minutes. There is no obligation attached to the consultation — it is a professional conversation, and the decision to proceed rests entirely with the candidate following that conversation.
