Confirming the Authenticity of a SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency 

Every SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency carries a unique institutional reference number registered in the permanent certificate registry. That registry is the basis of every verification we confirm. 

The SWAPNA'Z Certificate Verification service enables authorised third parties to confirm the authenticity of a Certificate of Proficiency presented by an individual claiming to be a SWAPNA'Z-certified practitioner. This service exists because the institution takes the integrity of its credentials with absolute seriousness — and because a credential that cannot be externally verified is a credential that cannot be fully trusted.

Every Certificate of Proficiency issued by SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences is assigned a unique institutional reference number at the time of issuance and recorded permanently in the SWAPNA'Z certificate registry. Certificate verification cross-references the presented credential details against this registry to confirm or deny the certificate's authenticity, the programme for which it was awarded, and the date of award.

Certificate verification confirms the authenticity of the credential, the full programme title for which proficiency was certified, and the date of award. It does not disclose assessment scores, candidate personal details beyond name and programme, or any other information not visible on the face of the certificate itself.

To submit a certificate verification request, please provide the full name of the certificate holder as it appears on the certificate, the unique institutional reference number printed on the certificate, the programme title as stated on the certificate, and the name and contact details of the requesting party. Requests are processed within 5 working days.

Verification of certificates not found in the institutional registry will be confirmed as unverified — SWAPNA'Z does not issue provisional or uncertain verification responses.
