SWAPNA'Z membership is a curated professional affiliation. Its verification confirms not just a name on a list, but a practitioner held to the institutional standard. 

The SWAPNA'Z Membership Verification service enables authorised parties to confirm whether an individual claiming to hold active SWAPNA'Z membership is currently registered as an active member in the institutional membership registry. This service is relevant to professional partners, collaborative institutions, clinical practice networks, and any other entity for whom the SWAPNA'Z membership status of a practitioner is professionally material.

Membership verification confirms active or inactive membership status, the membership category held, and the current renewal cycle validity. It does not disclose the terms of membership, membership fee history, or any personal details beyond those necessary to confirm the status inquiry.

SWAPNA'Z membership is subject to annual renewal. A practitioner who holds a SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency is not automatically a current member — membership is a separate, maintained affiliation. Verification therefore distinguishes between certification status, which is confirmed through the Certificate Verification service, and membership status, which is confirmed through this service.

To submit a membership verification request, provide the full name of the individual whose membership is being verified, their SWAPNA'Z membership reference number if known, and the name and contact details of the requesting party. Requests are processed within 5 working days.
