Admission to SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences is not a transaction. It is the beginning of a clinical formation — and it begins with a conversation, not a form. 

The Admissions process at SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences is designed to ensure that every candidate who joins a programme is genuinely suited to it — in professional background, in clinical readiness, and in the commitment the programme demands. We do not operate an open-enrolment model. We operate a considered admissions process because the standard of our programmes depends, in part, on the standard of the cohort.

Prospective candidates enter the admissions process through a structured pathway that begins with a pre-admission consultation. This consultation is not a sales interaction — it is a professional dialogue in which the institution assesses candidate suitability and the candidate gains a clear, honest understanding of the programme they are considering, the commitment it requires, and the standard it delivers. It is the most important step in the admissions journey, and we take it seriously.

Following the consultation, eligible candidates proceed to the formal application stage, where professional background, eligibility documentation, and programme selection are confirmed. Admission is confirmed upon completion of this process and receipt of the enrolment fee within the specified intake window.

SWAPNA'Z manages cohort sizes deliberately to preserve the faculty-to-candidate ratio and clinical access that the institution's teaching methodology requires. Candidates are encouraged to initiate the admissions process well in advance of their preferred intake to avoid placement in a subsequent cycle.
