The Professional Conduct Policy of SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences defines the behavioural and ethical standards applicable to every individual participating in a SWAPNA'Z programme — from the first day of enrolment through to certification and beyond. These standards are not aspirational. They are operational requirements, and participation in any SWAPNA'Z programme constitutes acceptance of them in full.
Professional conduct at SWAPNA'Z begins with respect — for faculty, for fellow candidates, for clients observed or interacted with during clinical components, and for the institution itself. The training environment at SWAPNA'Z is a clinical and academic space. Behaviour that would be inappropriate in a medical or professional clinical setting is equally inappropriate here. Punctuality, preparedness, attentiveness, and constructive engagement are the baseline expectations — not exceptional qualities.
Ethical conduct extends specifically to clinical interactions. Candidates who observe, assist in, or participate in any clinical component of their programme are bound by strict confidentiality obligations with respect to client information, clinical outcomes, and case details. No client information encountered during training may be shared, discussed outside the clinical environment, or used for any purpose other than supervised educational engagement under faculty direction. This obligation does not expire at the end of a session or a programme — it is permanent.
Communication standards within SWAPNA'Z reflect the institution's brand and academic character. Candidates are expected to engage in discourse — with faculty, peers, and in any institutional context — with professionalism, scientific accuracy, and intellectual honesty. Sensationalist, irresponsible, or commercially exaggerated claims about aesthetic treatments, even in informal discussion, are inconsistent with the SWAPNA'Z standard and will be addressed accordingly.
The use of institutional resources, client data, proprietary curriculum content, and SWAPNA'Z intellectual property is governed by the terms established at enrolment. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any SWAPNA'Z academic content — including session recordings, curriculum materials, case studies, and assessment instruments — constitutes a serious breach of both this policy and applicable intellectual property provisions.
Breaches of this policy are investigated through a structured institutional review process. Confirmed breaches carry consequences proportionate to their severity — ranging from a formal notice and remediation requirement, to suspension from the programme, to permanent exclusion and revocation of any certification previously awarded. SWAPNA'Z does not apply these consequences lightly, but it applies them without exception where the evidence warrants it.
