SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences awards Certificates of Proficiency — a competency-based credential issued only upon verified attainment of defined clinical, theoretical, and professional conduct standards. These are not attendance certificates or course completion documents. They are institutional declarations of demonstrated competency. 

SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences issues its credentials under its own institutional authority. The value of the credential derives from the rigour of the institution's assessment framework, the scientific depth of its curriculum, and the professional standing of the institution within the aesthetic medicine community — not from external affiliation. Candidates are encouraged to evaluate the credential on its substantive merits. 

A minimum score of 70% across all theoretical assessment components is required, alongside satisfactory performance in practical skill and clinical reasoning assessments as evaluated against the SWAPNA'Z Competency Assessment Rubric, and a satisfactory professional conduct evaluation throughout the programme. 

The certificate issuance process is completed within 21 working days of programme completion, eligibility confirmation, and resolution of all assessment outcomes. Candidates are notified upon certificate issuance. 

Yes. Every SWAPNA'Z certificate carries a unique institutional reference number registered in the permanent SWAPNA'Z certificate registry. Employers, regulatory bodies, and professional associations may request verification through the institution's official contact channel. 

The SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency does not carry an expiration date. It is a permanent institutional record of competency demonstrated at the time of assessment. The institution recommends that certified practitioners engage in continuing education to maintain clinical currency in a rapidly evolving field, but this is a professional recommendation, not a certification condition. 

Yes. SWAPNA'Z reserves the right to revoke a certificate in cases of established academic dishonesty during the programme, fraudulent information provided during enrolment or assessment, or material misrepresentation of the credential in professional or public contexts. Revocation is always preceded by a formal institutional review and opportunity for the candidate to respond. 

Replacement certificate requests may be submitted to the Academic Division through the official institutional contact channel. As all issued certificates are registered in the SWAPNA'Z certificate registry, replacement issuance can be confirmed against the original registry record. Administrative conditions may apply to replacement requests.
