To complete your application, you will need your SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency reference number where applicable, your current professional qualification and registration details, a brief statement of your current practice context and professional focus, and your agreement to the terms established in the SWAPNA'Z Membership Policies. Applications are reviewed by the institution within 7 working days of submission, and applicants are notified of the outcome through their registered contact details.
