The Structured Pathway from Programme Completion to Credential Award 

Every SWAPNA'Z Certificate of Proficiency passes through a formal institutional process before it reaches the candidate. That process is the guarantee behind the credential. 

The certificate issuance process at SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences is a structured, sequenced institutional procedure that ensures the accuracy, integrity, and appropriate dignity of every credential the institution awards. It begins at programme completion and concludes with the delivery of a verified Certificate of Proficiency to the eligible candidate.

The process opens with a formal eligibility review conducted by the Academic Division — a comprehensive verification of attendance records, assessment outcomes across all domains, professional conduct evaluation, and financial clearance. All eligibility criteria must be confirmed as satisfied before the issuance process advances. No certificate is generated on the basis of partial verification.

Where assessment outcomes include a supplementary or deferred component, those components are resolved and their outcomes incorporated into the eligibility review before the process proceeds. Candidates with outstanding supplementary assessments are not placed in a provisional certification category — their issuance process commences only when all assessed components have been completed and evaluated.

Following eligibility confirmation, assessment outcomes are compiled, reviewed, and formally ratified by the Programme Assessor and the Academic governance structure. The candidate's full name as per enrolment records, programme or module title, and date of award are verified before certificate generation. Any discrepancy in name or programme detail identified at this stage is corrected before generation proceeds — candidates are advised to verify their enrolment details early in their programme to prevent delays at this stage.

Certificates are generated with a unique institutional reference number, which serves as the permanent identifier for that credential in the SWAPNA'Z certificate registry. This reference number enables third-party verification — employers, regulatory bodies, or professional associations may request verification through the institution's official contact channel, and the registry confirms the credential against that reference.

Certificates of Proficiency are issued in digital format as the primary mode of delivery, with physical certificates available upon formal request. Digital certificates are delivered to the candidate's registered institutional contact. The entire issuance process, from programme completion to certificate delivery, is completed within 21 working days under standard conditions.
