SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences operates under a clearly defined institutional policy framework that governs every dimension of academic conduct, professional behaviour, and certification practice within the institution. These policies exist not as administrative formality, but as the operational expression of our founding values — scientific rigour, ethical practice, and uncompromising standards of clinical education.

Every individual who engages with SWAPNA'Z — whether as an enrolled practitioner-trainee, a clinical services client, a faculty member, or an institutional partner — does so within the framework these policies establish. They define what we expect, what we uphold, and what we will not compromise on, regardless of circumstance.

The SWAPNA'Z Institutional Policy framework is organised across three governing documents: the Academic Policy, which defines the standards of learning, assessment, and educational conduct; the Professional Conduct Policy, which establishes the behavioural and ethical expectations for all participants within the institution; and the Certification Policy, which governs the criteria, process, and integrity of every credential awarded under the SWAPNA'Z name.
