Formal Application to a SWAPNA'Z Aesthetic Sciences Certification Programme 

You have completed your consultation. You have chosen your programme. This is where your SWAPNA'Z journey formally begins. 

The SWAPNA'Z formal admission application is the final step in the admissions process for candidates who have completed a pre-admission consultation and confirmed their programe selection. This application captures the professional documentation, eligibility verification, and enrolment details required for the institution to formally confirm your admission.

Please ensure that you have the following available before completing this application — your professional qualification documentation, your registration certificate where applicable, a recent professional photograph, and your preferred intake cycle selection. Incomplete applications will be returned for completion before processing begins.

Upon submission, the Academic Division will review your application against the eligibility criteria for your chosen programe. You will receive a formal admission confirmation or a request for additional information within 5 working days of complete application submission. Admission confirmation is followed by issuance of the enrolment fee payment instruction, and your place in the cohort is secured upon receipt of the enrolment fee within the specified window.

SWAPNA'Z does not hold places provisionally without payment confirmation. Candidates who have received admission confirmation are advised to complete the enrolment fee process promptly, as cohort capacities are limited and places are allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.
