The SWAPNA'Z Orientation Guides are the institutional welcome documents provided to all incoming candidates upon confirmation of enrolment. They are designed to ensure that every candidate enters their programme with a thorough understanding of the institutional environment they are joining — its standards, its expectations, its structure, and the resources available to support their success within it.
The orientation guide suite covers the institutional overview and programme structure relevant to the candidate's chosen certification pathway, the academic calendar and session schedule for their intake cohort, the assessment framework and competency standards applicable to their programme, the institutional policies that govern their conduct and progression, the resources and support services available to them as enrolled candidates, and the communication channels and protocols through which they engage with the Academic Division and faculty throughout their programme.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to read their orientation materials thoroughly before programme commencement — not as administrative compliance, but because a candidate who understands the environment they are entering is a candidate better positioned to succeed within it. Queries arising from orientation materials should be directed to the Student Helpdesk before the programme begins.
