Who is eligible to apply to SWAPNA'Z programmes?
Eligibility varies by programme. The Advanced Clinical Cos-Dermatology Certification Programme is open to registered MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH practitioners. The Professional Cosmetology Certification Programme is open to trained cosmetologists and aesthetic practitioners with verifiable professional practice experience. The Beauty Entrepreneurship and Practice Management Programme is open to practising aesthetic professionals with an established or developing practice context. Eligibility for each programme is confirmed during the pre-admission consultation.
How long does the admissions process take?
From consultation booking to formal admission confirmation, the process typically takes between 7 and 14 working days, depending on application completeness and the current intake cycle schedule. Candidates are advised to initiate the process at least 4 to 6 weeks before their preferred programme commencement date.
Are cohort sizes limited?
Yes, deliberately. SWAPNA'Z manages cohort sizes to preserve the faculty-to-candidate ratio and clinical access that the institution's teaching model requires. When a cohort reaches capacity, candidates are offered placement in the subsequent intake cycle. This is not a commercial decision — it is an educational one.
Can I apply for more than one programme simultaneously?
No. SWAPNA'Z programmes are intensive, and each requires the candidate's full academic commitment during the programme period. Applications are accepted for one programme per intake cycle. Candidates who wish to pursue a subsequent programme upon completion of their first may apply in a future intake cycle.
What happens after I submit my application?
The Academic Division reviews your application within 5 working days and issues either a formal admission confirmation or a request for additional information. Upon confirmation, enrolment fee instructions are issued and your cohort place is secured upon payment receipt.
Is there a refund policy for the enrolment fee?
Enrolment fee terms, including any applicable refund provisions, are communicated formally at the time of admission confirmation. SWAPNA'Z advises all candidates to review these terms carefully before completing enrolment. Specific queries regarding fee terms should be directed to the Academic Division prior to enrolment completion.
Can I defer my admission to a future intake cycle?
Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis by the Academic Division. Approved deferrals are subject to cohort availability in the requested future cycle and may be subject to administrative conditions. Deferral is not automatic and cannot be guaranteed.
